Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At the Alley On Main, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will strive to resolve the situation fairly and responsibly. We ask that you read and understand our Return Policy. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

The Alley On Main Boutique only offers STORE CREDIT for any returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Please feel free to reach out prior to purchasing if you have any sizing or styling questions, as we are happy to assist you in making your purchase decisions!

We do ask that you please look over your order as soon as it arrives to ensure any returns or exchanges are handled in a timely and efficient manner. We must receive your return within 14 calendar days of the day that you received your order. You will then receive your Store Credit via an online gift card within 3 business days of your order being received and reviewed by The Alley Team. Thank you for your patience!

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of the day you received your order.
  • If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order. If you are missing items from your order or were sent incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue for you!
  • We only offer Store Credit for returns. No refunds will be issued. Store Credit does not expire.
  • We do not offer Return Shipping Labels at this time.
  • You will only receive Store Credit for the amount of item(s) purchased; shipping is non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for Store Credit. If an item is returned that smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor and/or has stains, animal hair, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify for Store Credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Please include your original invoice in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, please print out your order confirmation email and include in your return package.
  • Please allow 3 BUSINESS DAYS for Return Processing before you receive your Store Credit.
  • All Sale Items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for Store Credit.
  • All Accessories and Jewelry Items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for Store Credit.
  • We do not hold items for returns and exchanges.
  • We are only able to allow exchanges for the same item, in a different size.
  • If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange on your invoice and send it back to our address. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will send you an egift card with Store Credit.
  • If your items do not qualify for Store Credit/Exchange, you will need to make arrangements for the items to be returned. If arrangements are not made after 30 days, the items will then be donated to a local women's shelter.
  • Shoes must be UNWORN and in their original box, then placed inside an additional shipping box, such as the box your shoes were shipped to you in. Damage to the shoe box disqualifies the shoes for a return.
